Every child enjoys music and every child enjoys singing. But despite this almost universal interest, many schools are having to do away with their music education programs. Young Voices Education In Music Foundation fights this trend by giving schools a free alternative. Help us make sure schools don’t lose a necessary and enjoyable subject - and an outlet that can substantially enrich the lives of children.

The YV Education in Music Foundation gives participating students and their schools a layered music program that can be taught in-class or after school. The culmination of the YV program brings these students to a world-class arena and allows them to have a performance opportunity that connects classroom to real-life experience.

One of the unique things about the YV Education in Music Foundation is that because we offer a plug-and-play solution that can be carried out by any educator, a small donation has a major impact. A semester of curriculum and a once-in-a-lifetime experience can be brought to a community for as little as $100 a student.

One of the top pieces of feedback our Foundation has received– from teachers, administrators, and students alike– is the value of the opportunity for students. They can see a real-world application of their school studies, which creates active learners who see the value of their education and see the classroom as a place that they want to be.
